	Dear Committee,

	  

	With your financial year end just rolling over on 28.02.24  we will
start preparations to convene your AGM most likely in April.

	  

	We will include on the agenda a motion to renew our Agency Agreement
as our initial contract was only for a 12 month term.

	  

	We would obviously appreciate the opportunity to continue to work
with all owners and have enjoyed our time with everyone so far.

	  

	Our current agency agreement expires on the 9.03.24, in order to
continue looking after your building we will require the committee to
approve an extension of our agreement up until the AGM, at which time
you can then make a decision at the meeting if you wish to continue
our management. 

	  

	CAN THE COMMITTEE PLEASE CONFIRM YOU AUTHORISE AN EXTENSION OF OUR
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT UP UNTIL THE AGM, WE WILL REQUIRE THIS
CONFIRMATION IN WRITING IN ORDER TO CONTINUE OUR MANAGEMENT DUTIES
UNDER STRATA LAW.
