Hi All,
The BMC has received the technical specifications from MJ Engineering, which includes specifications for building waterproofing, repairing the facade, and removing the cladding. The specification is highly technical. It also contains two options for us to consider. The work will be lengthy, and the cost will be significant. As I'm sure most laypeople will have many questions about this specification, the engineer has offered to do a Zoom meeting to go over the specification and answer questions. Sarah will host the Zoom meeting, which is scheduled for 3 pm next Thursday, the 4th of April. Sarah will follow up with Zoom details closer to the meeting.

In the meantime, I suggest that you all thoroughly read the attached specification and make notes of any questions you may have. Please hold your questions for the engineer as he is best positioned to give accurate answers.
