Hi Craig,

  Im happy with option 3. I think that all sounds ok if everyone else 
agrees. We can put it on a motion for the first meeting that Sarah will 
organize so that it's officially ratified.

Sarah could you add to the agenda something along the lines of.

/Propose that the owners corporation engage Potts Point flowers to 
provide an interchange between fresh flowers and orchid planter on a 
cost of $260 per month and that a Key fob be allocated for foyer access 
to Potts Point flowers.

I will contact Darren and get him to create a key fob for Potts Point 
flowers and drop it of to you Craig for allocation to them.
