Hi Matt,

I've received the confirmation email from Daniel at Potts Points Flowers for
our E level lobby. Can we go ahead and put a quick committee meeting
together to okay this as soon as. I like option 3 if everyone else is happy
with that?

Hi Craig,

 

In regards to flowers for your building foyer each week, options are as
follows:

 

Option 1:

*	Will supply & replace floral arrangement in vase every Sunday
morning.

Option 2:

*	Will supply & replace large orchid planter on a monthly basis.

Option 3:

*	Interchange on a monthly basis between fresh flowers & orchid. I.e.
for month 1 have fresh flowers each week, month 2 will be the orchid
planter.

 

Cost will be $260/month including GST for each option, to be paid in the
middle of month. I can send an online invoice for payments. This arrangement
can commence from the first week of May.

 

I will also need a fob to access your building.
