Also just a quick update regarding STM handover, they have requested new bank account details for the residential and BMC scheme, to transfer your funds to which I have since provided to them, so things are moving along, albeit slowly.

I am continuing to follow up with them on an almost daily basis and will keep everyone updated.

Hi Craig,

 Im happy with option 3. I think that all sounds ok if everyone else agrees. We can put it on a motion for the first meeting that Sarah will organize so that it's officially ratified.

Sarah could you add to the agenda something along the lines of.

Propose that the owners corporation engage Potts Point flowers to provide an interchange between fresh flowers and orchid planter on a cost of $260 per month and that a Key fob be allocated for foyer access to Potts Point flowers.

I will contact Darren and get him to create a key fob for Potts Point flowers and drop it of to you Craig for allocation to them.

Hi Craig,

In regards to flowers for your building foyer each week, options are as follows:

Option 1:

  1.  Will supply & replace floral arrangement in vase every Sunday morning.
Option 2:

  1.  Will supply & replace large orchid planter on a monthly basis.
Option 3:

  1.  Interchange on a monthly basis between fresh flowers & orchid. I.e. for month 1 have fresh flowers each week, month 2 will be the orchid planter.

Cost will be $260/month including GST for each option, to be paid in the middle of month. I can send an online invoice for payments. This arrangement can commence from the first week of May.

I will also need a fob to access your building.
