Hi Leanne,

  Sorry Leanne perhaps my email was not to clear, I was attempting to 
relay that the committee are happy for you to schedule a paper EGM for 
all owners to approve the bylaw.  I am aware the EC can not approve the 
renovation as it is a major renovation.
