To Ken West’s point we could have all been lit up. 

I had 3 cigarettes thrown down onto my terrace – I think Matt will remember the problem he had several years ago when cigarettes landed on some of his outdoor furniture (I believe). 

Darren had put up signage outside the level 7 doors as well.

Darren would you please investigate the matter with the tenants of G07 and find out which person did the break-in  and advise their leasing agent as well.  Thank you.

Can we all lighten up.

We had a great NYE and yes there were people on the roof on our side as well.

Theres nothing to break, its just not very safe at present.

People just having some fun in my book.

Plus the sign was in small print in the lift only and did not actually mention NYE.

No harm in my book.

I believe they removed the glass panel louvres from the base of the door and reached through to the external handle. I fixed this handle with metal wire the day before as an added precaution, however they must have persisted for some time to get it undone.

Hello All,

Happy New Year!!

The tenant’s in apartment 107 held a new years eve celebration with around 30 or more guests. These guests where given access to the rooftop terrace above apartment 601 for the fireworks at midnight. The area was locked down and signage posted throughout the building, however they failed to comply. The area was inspected the following day and thankfully there was no visible damage identified. 

Please initiate the appropriate action on the tenant’s in apartment 107. Thanks
