[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Rooftop Access NYE by Unit 107

I noticed the large group up on level 7 just as soon as the midnight fireworks started.  They were screaming out and some were sitting on the edge of the planter boxes.  I went up as soon as the fireworks were over and asked them all to leave, which they didn’t want to do.

 

I had cigarette butts come down onto my terrace.

 

It is, as Robin stated, break and enter and someone should find out which of the tenants entered level 7 by using his/her arm through the glass louvers.  We must not let this go.  Without any form of punishment, they may just do the same thing again.

 

Darren, please investigate this matter further and advise the EC. Thank you

Hello All,

 

Happy New Year!!

 

The tenant’s in apartment 107 held a new years eve celebration with around 30 or more guests. These guests where given access to the rooftop terrace above apartment 601 for the fireworks at midnight. The area was locked down and signage posted throughout the building, however they failed to comply. The area was inspected the following day and thankfully there was no visible damage identified. 

 

Please initiate the appropriate action on the tenant’s in apartment 107. Thanks
