Dear Committee,
I will be sending out the EGM Agenda today for a meeting to be held in the
main foyer of the property at 6:30pm on Tuesday 31st January 2017.
I will make sure to include an option to vote on all tenders with the
recommended option to be provided first off.
I will also include a motion to raise a special levy and due to the new
legislation I will include a new agency agreement which will is required to
be signed even for a probationary period until the AGM as a current agency
agreement must be entered into.

I am also currently waiting on a response from Strata Engineering Solutions
for the fee proposal to provide a specification and tender for further
investigations to the water pooling.
I should have this for review by the Committee by early next week.

Hello Patrick,
I responded to you recently regarding some questions I had on the contractor
you recommended (from the 3 quotes you provided the EC). Would you please
email an update to those questions and also I would like to advise that I am
available anytime the week of Jan 23 for the EGM.
I would like to ensure that all warranties on the works to be carried out
are the best possible (in terms of number of years) and that the works can
proceed as soon as possible once the EC has confirmed which contractor to
appoint. This matter has gone on for way too long.

Solutions for the water ingress rectification to Units 601 & 602.
A special levy will be required to pay for this work and an EGNM will need
to held for all Owners to vote on the preferred contractor and special levy.
