Please see attached the fee proposal from Strata Engineering Solutions in relation to the attached as requested.
Please review and advise if you would like to proceed with the attached fee proposal and if so up to what stage?
If, not please advise if you would like to go another alternate option, such as what Matt advised, which was to engage a hydraulic engineer to review the matter?

Please see attached the report from Strata Engineering Solutions in relation to the water pooling in the car park area that is damaging resident's items in their car spaces and storage areas.
Can you please review the attached report and confirm you are happy to proceed with the recommendations of further flood testing and the installation of a floor waste, which ay also require floor levelling?
