[200William-EC SP67851] SP 67851 - Water on P4 from AVIS

Hi Darren,
  This is not a BMC issue. It's a commercial strata issue. It's not the 
Car Wash Bay. It's Avis's car wash from P2.  There is no residential 
lots on P2 It's all commercial. This is a commercial car wash with 
recycled water installed and operated by Avis.
