Hi Matt,

I have contacted Ben Mees and he is inspecting the issue today. Please note that if it is the car wash bay this is in fact a BMC issue which I will attend to if confirmed by Ben.

I have had contact from 1 Owner in relation to moving storage cages due to the water ingress and if this is the case, I will include Darren and ask for the residents to be moved so that the water does not affect or damage any residents property.

Darren, can you advise residents with the storage cages if they need to move then I ma happy to approve this as long as they email me and yourself with this request so that we can note the changes to the storage cages?

Kind regards,

Patrick Rush

This has happened a number of times over the years. As it's industrial liquid waste should it not be plumbed correctly. If the commercial strata do not respond Perhaps the EC might consider a complaint to Council/ The water authority I am sure industrial waste should not just be dumped in the storm water.
