[200William-EC SP67851] SP67850 FW: Water on p4 from avis

This has happened a number of times over the years. As it's industrial 
liquid  waste should it not be plumbed correctly. If the commercial 
strata do not respond Perhaps the EC might consider a complaint to 
Council/ The water authority I am sure industrial waste should not just 
be dumped in the storm water.
