Hi Darren,
This is not a BMC issue. It's a commercial strata issue. It's not the Car Wash Bay. It's Avis's car wash from P2. There is no residential lots on P2 It's all commercial. This is a commercial car wash with recycled water installed and operated by Avis.

This has happened a number of times over the years. As it's industrial liquid waste should it not be plumbed correctly. If the commercial strata do not respond Perhaps the EC might consider a complaint to Council/ The water authority I am sure industrial waste should not just be dumped in the storm water.
