I still maintain that they should not use our building manager. They can fix there own problems. The assignment of that wash bay is dubuious at best. The EC has never recognized it as being legitimately assigned.

They created this problem. Let them fix it.  I vote our building manager do NO WORK for the BMC. Until the Commercial strata withdraw there requested for the $30,000 over building manager use.

The car space is residential car space that commercial have exclusive use over, making the property still residential.
