Let's make this not dubious (as per Matt):

 

 

Again Patrick, 

 

1, Who is paying the levy for this space?

 

2, Where does it state in print that this wash bay is part of the BMC and
not residential? This must be verified. Can we see a copy?

 

3. If it's a residential space, as you've stated Patrick, the BMC should be
paying rent to the residential for it.  And if the BMC are not paying the
levy nor rent for it (as it's a residential space), the space should not be
used by Pack N' Send, and we should be putting a notice up in the elevators
for the resident to move it.

 

Please advise on each of the above.

I still maintain that they should not use our building manager. They can fix
there own problems. The assignment of that wash bay is dubuious at best. The
EC has never recognized it as being legitimately assigned. 

They created this problem. Let them fix it.  I vote our building manager do
NO WORK for the BMC. Until the Commercial strata withdraw there requested
for the $30,000 over building manager use.

The car space is residential car space that commercial have exclusive use
over, making the property still residential.
