Sure,
  And I have no problem  with P&S they are great owners and good friends 
of the residential strata. But my point here is you cant have it both 
ways. The Commercial strata are telling us they never use our building 
manager and that they want $30k+ refunded to them and in the same week 
they are asking for the building manager to work for them.

Please dont confuse my sharp email's im not frustrated with you Patrick 
or STM. My Frustration is with the commercial strata and them 
essentially trying to capitalize  on a clerical error by our old strata 
management company.
