Hi Darren,

I wanted to introduce myself. I live in the building and sit on the EC. I have been asked by a few people as to the cause of the breakage of the roller door. Would you please let us know if it was due to someone running into it, or a design issue with guides or top roller? This appears to be the third time it has happened, so I am wondering if there is something we can do to prevent this happening again?

Regards,
Edward Sainsbury
