Hi All,
  FYI. The building engineer (new) will be visiting on June 10th to look 
at the next steps for resolving the water leaks from level 7. Darren has 
also fond a contractor who might be able to give a solution regarding 
the water pooling on P4 He is going to look over the coming days. It's 
my feeling that a drain will need to be cut in toward the sump/pit at 
the other end of the carpark As the water appears to be coming from the 
wet wall and as such is a design flaw of the building.  I will keep you 
all up to date.
