Kindly ensure that apartment 602 are included in Darren's scope as the same
type of repairs were carried out recently on their property, also with the

I have requested an update from Darren regarding water on the balcony of
601 and Water adjacent to the cleaners room on P4. Hope to have an update
for you all soon. I have also been told that the roller door should be
finished today.
I will follow up with Patrick next week to see where we are with the
commercial strata building manager re-payment. Once he has had some time to
go through things. Once he gets a good understanding of it we can have an
EC meeting to discuss how you want me to go forward with Andrew.
