William our FM will be arranging a meeting with the Les Robertson, the Painter for next Wednesday at 7am to go through the project. William will confirm with you shortly. Also I have attached the scope authored by the Engineer which will answer your queries. Please note that the items raised in 601 are identical to 602.
We have carried out due diligence by obtaining three quotes from reputable contractors the perform this project. The project is a fixed amount and at the expense of the Owners Corporation.
The calcification throughout the façade/windows is another project which we are currently obtaining quotes for.
Unfortunately access from the balcony of 602 (common property) will be required to carry out the repairs. We apologise for the inconvenience though this is a matter that has no alternatives.
We can't speak on behalf of the contractor but 3 days in our experience would not a allow a quality and professional preparation and completion of the issue. Though this will be discussed at the meeting next Wednesday.

At this stage we don't have a date that can work for us as yet as we need to fully understand the job required.
Could you please advise me on the following.
Are we dealing with concrete cancer?
Stalactites of lime are usually a sign of concrete cancer.
*What the problem actually is and will this work fix or just cover up the problem and for how long?
*What they intend to do to fix it and a full price breakdown.?
*Is the problem elsewhere on the building ?
*What impact has it have to our tiles and the rest of the building ie our curved windows are dripping down with lime oxide at the front of building?
*At this time we do not agree to have access to our balcony at all for the roof, I'm sure it can be done another way, this is a huge inconvenience .
>From experience we believe it should only take x 3 days to do our unit - 1 x day prep, 1 x day seal, 1 x day paint (weather permitting)
As we live and work from home. The time factor will be very important.
Anything I can do to make sure this goes professionally and smoothly let me know.

I have contacted George, he mentioned that we can not use the Downing Street entrance of the building to load in.
Can you please confirm this - as not being able to use this entrance will make moving very tricky.
We will be using professional removalists.
Could you please provide the clearance of the carpark, thank you.
Will you notify other tenants or the move date or do we need to?

We have been informed that the foxtell service is not up to date in the building and we are wondering if that is correct?
We have been informed that we can not use the service to record, fast forward etc.. only just watch tv.
