  Just a note that Pia will be setting up a Schedule 3 meeting to extend 
our agreement with George as it has expired. As you all know I endorse 
George and his staff and think they do excellent work.

The Company (BFMS) has been undergoing a due diligence exercise and it 
has been uncovered that the agreement with the Owners Corporation has 
long expired.

Would you be kind to notify the EC  of a schedule 3 meeting to have the 
agreement extended please.
