As discussed, we have received notification from resident of apartment 601 reporting that a red car Rego SKO-126 was parking in the visitor car park again. Please attached photo for your reference.
>From our records, this car belong to the resident of apartment 105.
We have previously notified the managing agent that the tenant was not allow to park in the visitor car park on multiple occasions. Please see attached email for your reference.
Please advise the next course actions.
