[200William-EC SP67851] Fwd: POWER SURGES in APARTMENT 601

I do not respond to his email's any more. Other then to pass them on the 
the EC and confirm receipt .   There is nothing further George or the 
building can Do i believe until Mr Laforest provides some evidence that 
the so called Power Surges Exist.
