Hi all

 

Firstly I would like to commend you Matt on a wonderful job you do on the EC
for the whole of the Body Corporate.

 

In respect to correspondence and representations from Strata Owners/Tenants
and specifically La Forest, the correct channels are for those matters to be
referred to our Managing Agents for their action and reply. The EC ofcourse
would first sanction the action to be taken.

 

I note the comment by Pia some weeks back that the EC should "take a step
back" with La Forest.  I agree and I believe our Managing Agent has a
responsibility to be doing more and acting strongly and with lawful backing
in this situation.

Hello Matt and Pia,

I have asked repeatedly for a specialist to investigate the enormous power
surges I am experiencing in my apartment.  It started again today at 900am
in a variety of rooms.  We need to have a monitor in the apartment to
register these surges as they happen.

I have been asking for months for action on this, so please contact me
immediately on 0409 323 585.  I have also left word for George Ziri to phone
me.
