Hello Matt and Pia,

I have asked repeatedly for a specialist to investigate the enormous 
power surges I am experiencing in my apartment.  It started again today 
at 900am in a variety of rooms.  We need to have a monitor in the 
apartment to register these surges as they happen.

I have been asking for months for action on this, so please contact me 
immediately on 0409 323 585.  I have also left word for George Ziri to 
phone me.
