I have spoken with Edward this morning.

Thank you very much for agreeing to continue with STM. This is wonderful news to receive.

We are advised that you would like a new delegated strata manager to be appointed your scheme. This is absolutely no problem. We understand that sometimes, certain strata managers are better suited to different clients. Maxine is very loved my many of her clients but perhaps not the most suitable for Marquis. I will speak with Maxine - we completely understand.


We would like to introduce Pia Cunningham as your new strata manager. Pia has been with STM for over 3 years and has almost 10 years experience in the industry. I am of course still in the background taking a very active interest in the management of your strata scheme.



Please note that we have decided to also delegate Pia management of the BMC and Marquis Commercial. It would seem prudent to having a uniform approach to managing the complex.



Pia will be in contact with the Executive Committee to organise a time to walk around your building and meet the committee members face to face. I would very much like to attend the next strata meeting and introduce the new strata manager. Are there any proposed dates for your next meeting?
