[200William-EC SP67851] The creep is back, this is sickening

Hi all, 

I received the following from the owners of #602. This incident occurred on the day the owner of #601 returned. During the absence of #601, there was no incidents. 

FYI. 

As an owner, I am going to be writing to #601. I would like to do it under the auspices of the EC but I need your approval to act that way. It’s time to stop pussyfooting around with this bastard
