I received the following from the owners of #602. This incident occurred on the day the owner of #601 returned. During the absence of #601, there was no incidents.

FYI.

As an owner, I am going to be writing to #601. I would like to do it under the auspices of the EC but I need your approval to act that way. It's time to stop pussyfooting around with this bastard

Hi Rob and Brook,

A year ago the second photograph was part of the evidence I gathered to show to Kings Cross Police re the neighbour in 601. At the time I guessed the stains were spit with some sort  food or colouring. ??

A very similar stain was found on our front door by Di this week on Tuesday the 16th. Both photographs have had to be enlarged to show the stain/s effectively. They are also attached to this email.

I would like to ask George for access to the 602 CCTV footage on that day to clarify the matter. As you are EC members I realise I will need to get permission and hope this request will be okay.
