Sorry it's taken my a while to get back to you.

 

I emailed Treadmill Warehouse the authority at the end of August last
year. I have left them an urgent message this morning.

Guys,

 

It has been some time (2012) since this claim was put through. At the
time the assessor advised that the treadmill can be claimed. When can i
arrange to have it replaced?
