[200William-EC] UPCOMING EC MEETING - AGENDA ITEM - OUTSIDE WINDOWS TO BE CLEANED

Hello Maxine,



Would you kindly add to the agenda of the upcoming EC meeting that I would
like to have the outside windows of the building cleaned by a professional
(those which one cannot clean him/herself) .

I have lived in the building 7 1/2 years and the outdoor windows have not
been cleaned once in that period.  I have previously asked for an amount to
be allocated to the budget for this cleaning process and believe an amount
was added at the last AGM or when the EC went through the accounts.  The
windows are filthy and need a professional clean (please see attached
pictures).
