[200William-EC] Feb 25th Meeting

Hello Rob,

I don't think everyone understood the original request I made until I went
back and emailed again.

 

In your response to Diana's email you even said "25th good for me too,"
without mentioning an alternative.  Do you have an alternative date?  Would
you kindly clarify as certain people are able to change from the 25th to an
earlier time.

 

It is only you, Dave, Diana, Brook and Barney who have not come back with an
alternate date.  Can I once again ask for the people mentioned above to
reply if they are able to offer an alternative date?  I don't like to miss
these meetings and this is the first time I have asked for an alternate
date.  Thank you.

A request was made to see if we could change the meeting scheduled for Feb
25th to an alternative date. It would appear the majority of EC members wish
to keep the date as set for Feb 25th. 

 

Can I go ahead now and ask Maxine to do an agenda based on Feb 25th, 2014?
If anyone has any specific items they would like added to the agenda, please
advise
