[200William-EC SP67851] Using the mailing list

Hi All,
  Just a friendly reminder about how to use the EC mailing list.

The mailing list was introduced as an easy system to send a single email 
to one address and insure all recipients  receive a copy It also 
archives a copy  of all email's on th EC website and  has built in audit 
capability that insures email's are sent to all the correct destinations 
and logs successful delivery.

There is no need to cc users of the list as well as sending email's to 
the list. It only confuses the mailing list software and users that are 
cc'd have email delivered outside the confines of the list therefor it 
can not be audited and a record has not been made.

I have also made a change to the software this morning to add the strata 
plan number to each email. This will make the job of sorting through 
email's easier for Maxine and George who use the SP number as the 
primary reference to us.

To confirm here are the people currently receiving list email.
