[200William-EC] O'mallies Pub extended opening hours.

Hi Matt,

Don't worry, Matt, I read it the way you did at first, and then did a
double-take when I reread 'modify a pre-approved application'. I think I'll
change my letter a bit to say that over the past two years (ie of the
trial) the problems have become much worse which we can only attribute to
the later opening hours and then mention the rusty door etc.

I agree that they mostly come from O'Malleys and that the Kings Cross pub
patrons don't come our way but wander into the darkness off Victoria Rd and
'coward' hit people etc but I won't go into that.

I'll send you all my edited letter and sign it as a member of the Executive
Committee and you can all then write your own and endorse mine if you like.
