I should have read it myself instead of relying on advise from Cath. My 
apologises Di. Sounds like you are well prepared to take up the fight. 
Why dont you head up the fight on behalf of Marquis and we can endorse 
your letter as one from the EC. I also suggest that we all send our 
individual letters. As well as send a letter to all owners so that they 
can send letters.

I would say the bulk of late night noise comes from that pub or the back 
packers and a combination of bother of them when people go between the two.
