[200William-EC] O'mallies Pub extended opening hours.

Hi Matt and all,

Matt, that's where you are wrong: O'Malleys already stays open till 5 (I
have just walked up there and checked). What the application says (if you
read it again more closely) is that it wants to extend its 2 year trial
period, which it must have snuck though in spite of our protests two years
ago, for another 2 years. It is open till 5am Mon-Sat nights and till 2am
on Sun night.

What we need to do, and I attach my letter to give you an idea, but we all
need to write our own, is to request that it return to the 2am closing
time, not just for our convenience but to curtail the violence and
behaviour that accompanies such extended hours of drinking.
