[200William-EC] O'mallies Pub extended opening hours.

Hi All,
  I note that O'mallies Pub has applied to council to increase it's 
opening hours from 3AM to 5AM. As most of the noise from the street 
comes from this location I believe that the EC should make a formal 
response to Sydney Council requesting that there closing time remain at 
3am and that the DA be denied.

I would also suggest that a email be sent to all owners suggesting that 
they lodge a similar complaint with council.  What are the EC's view on 
O'mallies opening an extra two hours.
