I would love to see the level g carpet changed to tiles. The tenant in
the massage shop uses the bathroom on level g as a kitchen. As a result
they put food scraps down the sink and down the toilet blocking the
drains. Overflow there occurs often. This is perhaps something for the
BMC but I would suggest that tiles or vinyl may be more durable in the
long term. Noise should not be much of a factor as there are no
residential tenants beneath.
