I think it's a great idea in the main lobby area in front of the elevators
on level G.   However, I think we should maintain consistency, with the
other floors above level G, and use carpet behind the locked door to the
apartments... on level G.  That carpet must be replaced also - it stinks
ever since they had the water damage in two of the apartments which leaked
out onto their 'private' lobby area.

I would love to see the level g carpet changed to tiles. The tenant in the
massage shop uses the bathroom on level g as a kitchen. As a result they put
food scraps down the sink and down the toilet blocking the drains. Overflow
there occurs often.  This is perhaps something for the BMC but I would
suggest that tiles or vinyl may be more durable in the long term.  Noise
should not be much of a factor as there are no residential tenants beneath.

smell is pretty overbearing.  I believe the chances of the carpet drying out
and not smelling in the future are almost impossible.  Can't we put a claim
