Hi George,

Good to talk to you regarding the water damage on level G.

I've periodically checked how the carpets down there are drying out and the
smell is pretty overbearing.  I believe the chances of the carpet drying out
and not smelling in the future are almost impossible.  Can't we put a claim
into our insurance company and get new carpet, particularly in the apartment
lobby area?
