[200William-EC] FW: SP 67851 BREACH OF BY LAW - PARKING 200 William St WOOLLOOMOOLOO

I have left several message on Juniors phone. I have also tried several
times calling him at his apartment.

There was a female tenant who has since moved out.

If the car is not moved tomorrow I can arrange a tow truck to move to
the street. This would be the 2nd time we have had a vehicle removed.

George

As nobody owns the car within the building Let's ring up the police and
report the car dumped. This is the scam of the century. Just deny you
own the car and you can do whatever you like. This is why we need an
access control system like the cable gate that will log who's card is
used. At the moment if someone buzzes in there is no log and no
evidence. I will ask Junior next time I run into him. Perhaps he will
find it harder to lie to my face.

George,
How many swipe keys are issued to apartment 502. Are any issued to a
female name. There would be three keys as far as I know Juniors. The
female tenant and the guy that drives a silver merc that rents Juniors
spot.

Matt.

been advised by owner occupiers and the committee that it is a lady from
502 and she parks there continuously. They seem to think that the
carspace allocated to the unit is being rented out and this is why she
is parking in the visitors.
