Hi All,
  For the benefit of people not living in the building that did not 
receive the flyer from Sydney Cove Property announcing the sale of 103 
for $585,000 This is an exceptional result for that lot and a good sign 
for the value of the apartments in the building.

Thought some good news might be in order after all the gloom of the last 
few email's.
