Maxine if the tenants in 502 have sub leased their car space without the
consent in writing of the Lessor, then they are clearly in breach of
their lease and are subject to eviction proceedings. You have been
reading these emails and the situation has now become farcical. How much
longer do we have to put up with this fiasco?
