I totally agree Mat. Last night at 8.15pm   I continually rang the buzzer of 502 and eventually a guy came down to level E to see who was buzzing. I identified myself and questioned him as to who within his unit owned the vehicle requesting its removal. He denied any knowledge. 
I give up. This whole thing is a joke and issuing breach notices when the vehicle  ownership is unknown is a farce!!!
