It will require a vote at an EGM/AGM So once the legals are done either
a meeting will need to be scheduled or we will need to wait to the AGM.
You are building a leasing framework here. It's not a 5 second job. The
cages are not even on the plans. I will need to find out but I would say
it will need to be surveyed so the net letable area can be defined etc.
Leases need to be drawn up etc. Once I get a go ahead from the majority
I can move forward. I can get things done fast If i dont have 8 other
people putting there 2c in. Plan is to get it all organized present it
and then have 1 vote then setup and AGM/EGM.
I know the law is frustrating you. But I cant disregard the facts. If
we do not operate within the law. We leave our selves personalty open to
prosecution for liable or negligence just as the officers of any company
would be.
