We do NOT have a majority at this stage from EC members, voting to defer the
decision on your point 2 below (garage security remote control system) until
the next EC meeting. Maxine, please do not include this item on the agenda
for the EC until we have everyone's decision, hopefully within the next 24
hours.  Hopefully, we can make a decision without having to wait until the
EC meeting (as it was already addressed at the recent AGM).

 

To the other members of the EC who haven't responded yet, please advise
regarding the security system remote control for the garage.  Most of you
who have responded that we should include this system, however, please note
the quotes ranged from approx. $7,000 to $9,500, not $4,500.  I vote YES to
go ahead and have this remote control system installed asap.

Hi Maxine

 

As you have probably seen there have been a number of email exchanges in the
last few days

 

1) Relates to bi-law for the rooftop in relation to access and alcohol

2) Relates to security system for the car park

 

Could we please start an agenda for the next scheduled EC meeting ( I
believe it to be first or second week October ). 

 

We have a majority of EC who have voted to discuss these matters at that
meeting so please add to the agenda.
