Thanks for forwarding this Rob, I agree. I'd rather discuss the full
impactions as a group during the EC meeting so we can all make an informed
decision with everything considered. Email doesn't seem an effective way to
discuss the additional considerations that pop up from the group, at times
it is hard to keep up and time consuming. 

 

Emergencies that need an instant response are obviously different.

Hi Maxine

 

As you have probably seen there have been a number of email exchanges in the
last few days

 

1) Relates to bi-law for the rooftop in relation to access and alcohol

2) Relates to security system for the car park

 

Could we please start an agenda for the next scheduled EC meeting ( I
believe it to be first or second week October ). 

 

We have a majority of EC who have voted to discuss these matters at that
meeting so please add to the agenda.
