[200William-EC] Attention: Maxine / EC Marquis

Hi Maxine

As you have probably seen there have been a number of email exchanges in the last few days

1) Relates to bi-law for the rooftop in relation to access and alcohol
2) Relates to security system for the car park

Could we please start an agenda for the next scheduled EC meeting ( I believe it to be first or second week October ). 

We have a majority of EC who have voted to discuss these matters at that meeting so please add to the agenda.
