[200William-EC] Exclusive use of the lifts during peek times.

Hi All,
  I would like to make a submission for the EC to consider implementing 
a ban on the lifts being exclusively utilized during peek periods of the 
day.  For example 8AM - 9:30am and 4:50pm - 7:00pm.  These are the times 
most of us that live in the building need to enter and exit to go to 
work. However recently one lift has been locked during this time for the 
exclusive use of builders or movers etc.

This morning (21/9) after a 15 minute wait I utilized the fire escape to 
investigate and found one lift locked on level 4. The other lift was 
stuck on the ground level with the down button jammed.


George: It may be worth adding to the lift logbook for next maintenance 
cycle that the Down button on level 1 stick's intermittently. (I have 
freed it a number of times)
