[200William-EC] Review of strata and community title laws

Hi All,
  As some my already know the department of fair trading is currently 
undertaking a review of the rules that coven strata plans. This review 
may ultimately effect all of us as apartment owners within a plan.

The department is currently seeking feedback on it's web site in written 
form or by way of a survey. Interested owners can take part in the 
survey on the fair trading website at .
